home >> staff & history... Chocolate Art is owned and run by one of Perth's leading chocolatiers, Brett Coddington. Brett's introduction to this field of creativity began as a humble apprentice at one of Perth's leading 5 star hotels in 1976. During a 25 year career, working throughout the hospitality industry, he gained professional and valuable experience from chefs from all over the world. This paved the way to a successful gold medal tally at Salon Culinaire competitions, and representing Australia competing in Singapore on the national culinary team. Becoming competent and skilled as a chocolatier saw Brett specialising in this field, and so began Chocolate Art... Brett employs his two daughters Tegan & Aleisha and has fully trained them to create chocolate masterpieces each week.       © 2010 Chocolate Art
